I don't understand why the low rating from customers. My experience has always been first rate. I've gone twice without an appointment and have always been treated in a professional, timely manner. My experience was no different than any other location. Wait time was about 10 minutes. Kenny did my blood work. He was pleasant, polite & professional. I left there as a satisfied customer.

Reserved my spot on-line this morning with LifeLabs, Farley Drive, Guelph, ON. Arrived on-time. Young lady at reception was very courteous and efficient. All staff was masked and wearing face shields. I was taken in right away. My technician was Sharon. She was very cheerful and professional. I am quite impressed with the care I received. Very quick for the amount of people ahead of me. And extremely friendly and professional. Makes having the 2nd worst medical procedure I dislike (dental 1st ?) so much more doable... thank you to the staff for making this a much better experience than other labs. The tech that I had was super sweet, soft spoken and easy on the eye's ? think her name was Eva? Tiny blonde.... ask for her!
