I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. Support from manager of store ( Bill ) is fantastic! Purcchased a ROK meat grinder and had a few concerns with warranty and some missing parts from box. He got on telephone immediately, and even did some searching on the web to address a few questions he did not have answers for. Would not hesitate to shop here again, unlike some other retailers went the extra mile to take care of the problem and did it all the while in a friendly manner.

Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. Although this location is not close to my home, I just would not go to any other location. When I come through the door I always feel welcome by the staff. If I have questions they always have good answers. Today, I need to order something over the phone and wait for it to come in, but it is worth the wait. Was always a home depot shopper due to its proximity to my house.one day i decided to go to lowes cz they had a good deal on bbq. The customer service was phenominal. I was greeted as soon as i arrived by a young and ready to help associate. I ended up buying more than just bbqs. Never goin back to HD again,u never get this kinda service there. Cheers Lowes!

Love Dickson Home hardware! They are just up the road from me and literally have everything and then some. Whatever I need whether it is wire mesh for the water feature, salt in the winter,
closet hooks , I can find it here. I once came looking for the oddest product to get rust off of a quartz rock and sure enough they knew what it was and had it. I often know what I want but not what it is, they have tons of friendly staff always close at hand who actually know . Most recent purchase -A Green Egg for hubbie as a surpise! They kept my secret for a few months even when my husband went and visited, they delived when they said they would (free of charge too!) and set it all up. Bunch of really nice people and they are open late which is good for those of us who decide to do something at 7pm at night lol!
