I took a date there for date night. A nice, large booth was offered to us, very romantic and appealing.
The food was great in my opinion. Portions were very generous, and the flavour was more of a Canadianized Italian than authentic style. We both enjoyed or meal and the real treat came at dessert with the Chocolate Pizza - amazing and worth going again so I can introduce another to this delicacy.
The wine list was surprisingly diverse, a welcome treat. Our server treated us well. Based on my experience I would return to try it out again.

I have lived in Welland for over 30 years and have never eaten here until they mentioned "Buffalo Chicken Burger" on their advertising sign out front. So we decided to stop in and try it, I must say, it is a great burger and possibly the best in the entire Niagara Region, it is reasonably priced with perfect golden fries but no one else makes a Buffalo Chicken Burger like Cheers does. The staff in Cheers were great and we will be going back.

Clean, clean, clean. Finally a Chinese restaurant that gets it when it comes to cleanliness. Nice place to take your family and kids. Offers Great dishes and the portions are not bad. They also have a spacious parking area that is free to guests. (Trust me, that's rare in Niagara Falls). I invited friends and family from Toronto over lunch and everyone loved what I've ordered. Was in for a visit a couple of weeks ago to order a take out of their homemade pizza and was pleasantly surprised at the new addition to the bar and decor of the pub. I haven't been in the trap in about 6 months so it was refreshing to see some changes positive in nature. They have added more draught taps for more beers choices and have replaced all the chairs with a more modern clean look. The kitchen is still as good and the beer is always cold.

My husband and I are so lucky there is a restaurant in Fonthill of the calibre of Zest. It is as good as a "Toronto" fine dining. The service is wonderful from the time you enter the front door, and until you leave. There have been times I've been thrilled with the menu, and other times not so much, but still be able to find something that pleased me well. My only criticism, people who have Celiac disease really get left sitting by the curb. Although at Zest they make an effort for those of us who need a gluten free dinner, other steps could be taken. If there are appetizers that are served with bread, rice crackers could be substituted for gluten free diners. Also, there is a wonderful gluten free bakery in Chipawa, that makes wonder bread and glutten free cakes.They even deliver to Fonthill. I just wish more restaurants would educate themselves in gluten free dining. It's not rocket science, and more people by the day are being diagnosed. When my husband and I want to celebrate, we go to Zest. I'm thinking of holding our 25th Anniversary Party at Zest, and inviting 30 of our friends. I know, Zest would not let us down.

Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value!

My recent visit to this Kelseys was one of the best I have ever had- despite the fact I did not enjoy my meal! I ordered the thai shrimp curry bowl and the sauce and noodles werent what I expected. After eating the shrimp & veg the manager noticed I wasnt satisfied & offered to replace the meal, when I told him I was no longer hungry he comped the entire thing! I like this place alot! ever since my first time i've returned a couple more times. The service was good except for one time it took a little bit longer to get waited on! but no big deal they are busy and the waiter was young!
I've always had a great meal, such as the Perogies or their Gyro with Greek salad! when you ask for tea you dont just get a cup, they give you a medium sized china teapot that allows you to have atleast 3 cups of tea! its great for sharing! The place is always full which is a good sign to me!

I'm a frequent visitor of Bleu Turtle. The chef and staff are always courteous! I think one more server would be beneficial - but I usually come to catch up with a friend and don't mind the wait.
I order the smoked salmon tart EVERY time. I just can't seem to have anything else - I love it so much! I have tried their pork belly and it's amazing. I haven't heard a complaint from any of my dining partners about their meals. Only praise!
Pricier than your regular greasy spoon - but definitely worth the price. Appropriate portions and real homemade food that you feel good about eating. Go!
