Came to Sante with friends from out of town who wanted delicious food in a snazzy environment with a great view. Sante was the clear choice. We were seated in a wonderful table which overlooked the Chateau Laurier and Sussex drive. Our meal was wonderful, fresh, tasty, and beautiful executed. Service was good, our server was very knowledgeable and recommended our wine which we loved. Only negative was the cappuccino machine was not working, so we settled for a coffee. Great place to bring out of town guests! Will be back very soon! Read more

Fish is always fresh, nori is never chewy, presentation is good and the service is better than most. Weekend menu is well priced and features real tuna (not white fish) as well as some really terrific premium rolls.
